Painting this spacious house was a challenging yet fulfilling project for us. Both the interior and exterior received a fresh coat of paint. For the exterior, we used high-quality materials such as exterior flexible gap filler and builder’s bog to address small and large holes, as well as repairing the render. Three coats of paint were applied – one undercoat for all wall surfaces and two topcoats. The interior of this old house, which hadn’t been painted in 15 years, required extensive preparation. We spent a considerable amount of time and effort repairing plaster, architraves, fixing large cracks, and addressing water damage on the ceilings and walls. Finally, we applied one coat of primer, an undercoat, and two topcoats of paint to complete the transformation of this historic home.
